Diane Carr, Carr and Associates' Principal Consultant, brings over 20 years of experience in Training, Career Counseling, and Adult Education to the company.  She has a Masters' Degree in Adult Education and has worked in Human Resources departments in both private industry and government.  Diane started Carr and Associates Consulting in 1998.

Diane is an experienced public speaker and is available for large or small group presentations or keynote speaking.  She also  provides team building, meeting facilitation, and  strategic planning sessions for groups.  In addition, she enjoys working with individuals in a coaching or career counseling capacity.  

Her clients include many corporate and government officials, small business owners, managers, supervisors, foremen, field workers, and office workers. 

Diane has taught Career Development at the college level, and is highly experienced at career consulting,  coaching, and training.  She has been a guest speaker at four radio call-in shows, and is known as the "Career Doctor" by many people who seek her advice.
